How a Private Traditional Spiritual Consultation Works
A confidential, personalised conversation about what you are experiencing — held by WhatsApp or phone, at a time that suits you, from our base in Malindi, Kenya, to clients anywhere in Uganda.

What traditional spiritual consultation means
A traditional spiritual consultation is a private conversation between you and a consultant who works within African traditional and cultural practice. You describe your situation in your own words, and the conversation is used to understand your circumstances before any guidance is discussed.
It is not a fortune-telling show and it is not a promise that a particular event will happen. Traditional spiritual consultation has always been closer to counsel than to spectacle: a practitioner listens, asks careful questions, and helps a person think through what is happening in their life and household.
Because every person's situation is different, no two consultations are the same. What is discussed with someone facing a marriage difficulty in Kampala is not what is discussed with someone facing a business problem in Mbarara.
Based in Malindi, Kenya — remote consultations for Uganda
We are based in Malindi, Kenya, and every consultation for a client in Uganda is a remote private consultation, conducted by WhatsApp or phone. There is no Kampala office, and we describe our location honestly rather than suggest a physical presence we do not have.
Working remotely does not shorten or simplify the conversation — it is still an unhurried, attentive discussion, just carried by voice or text across the distance.
Who a private consultation is for
People contact us at very different points. Some are in the middle of a crisis. Others simply want a calm, private conversation about something that has been troubling them for months.
- People experiencing relationship difficulty, distance or heartbreak
- Married people dealing with conflict, separation or trust concerns
- People uncertain about a past relationship and what to do next
- People with spiritual concerns affecting their peace of mind at home
- People seeking guidance about cleansing, protection or personal spiritual wellbeing
- People facing personal, career or business difficulty
How a consultation works, step by step
First, you make contact — a WhatsApp message or a phone call. You do not need to prepare anything or explain everything at once.
Second, you explain your situation. This is the most important part. Take your time, use your own words, and share only what you are comfortable sharing.
Third, the consultation itself. Your circumstances are discussed and personalised traditional spiritual guidance is offered based on what you have described.
Fourth, next steps. Appropriate options are discussed openly, including what is and is not realistic. You are never pressured into an immediate decision or an immediate payment.
Consulting by WhatsApp
WhatsApp is the most common way people begin. It is discreet, it costs little data, and you can write at any hour without anyone hearing the conversation.
You can send text, a voice note, or ask for a WhatsApp call instead. If you are in a shared home or a busy workplace, writing is often easier than speaking.
Consulting by phone
Some people prefer to speak. A phone call to +254 713 910553 (also written 0713 910553) opens a direct conversation, and for many people it is easier to explain a difficult matter aloud than in writing.
If you cannot speak freely at the moment you call, say so — a time can be agreed that is safer and more private for you.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is the foundation of this service. What you say is treated privately and respectfully, and the details you give are used to respond to your enquiry. We do not contact family members, partners or anyone else on your behalf, and you are not added to public lists or marketing lists.
If you are worried about privacy on a shared phone, you can ask for messages to be kept brief and factual.
What happens during the first conversation
The first conversation is mostly listening. You will be asked simple, respectful questions: what has been happening, how long it has been going on, who else is involved, and what you would like to see change.
You will not be told that you are cursed, that you are under attack, or that something terrible will happen if you do not act immediately. That approach is not used here.
How to book a private consultation
You can begin in one of three ways: send a WhatsApp message using the button on this page, call +254 713 910553, or complete the confidential enquiry form on the contact page with your name, area in Uganda and what you would like guidance about.

Frequently asked questions
- What is a traditional spiritual consultation?
- A private conversation in which you explain your situation and receive personalised guidance presented within an African traditional and cultural context. It is a discussion, not a performance or a prediction service.
- How long does a first consultation take?
- The first conversation is usually short — long enough for you to explain your situation and for us to agree what a fuller consultation would involve.
- Is the consultant physically in Uganda?
- No. This practice is based in Malindi, Kenya. People throughout Uganda consult remotely by WhatsApp or phone, which keeps the matter entirely private.
- Do I have to explain everything in the first message?
- No. A short message such as 'I would like a private consultation about a relationship matter' is enough to begin.
- Is my information kept confidential?
- Enquiries are treated respectfully and privately, and are used to respond to you rather than for marketing.

You Don't Have to Explain Everything Publicly
If something is happening in your love life, your marriage or your personal life that you have been struggling to understand, you can begin with a private conversation. You do not need to know which service you need before writing.
