Information we receive
We receive the information you choose to give us: your name, the phone or WhatsApp number you contact us from, your location in Uganda, the topic you would like guidance about, and whatever you describe in your message.
The enquiry form on this website does not store submissions on a server. It composes a message and opens WhatsApp so that you can send it yourself.
WhatsApp communications
Conversations held over WhatsApp are delivered through WhatsApp's own service and are subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy practices. Message content remains on your device and on ours. We keep consultation conversations private and do not forward them to third parties.
If you would like a conversation deleted from our device, you may request this at any time by WhatsApp or phone.
Telephone enquiries
When you call, we see your calling number. Calls are not recorded. Notes may be kept only where they are needed to continue your consultation.
How your information is used

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Website analytics
This website is prepared for Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Where analytics is enabled, anonymous usage events are recorded — for example that a WhatsApp button or a phone button was clicked on a particular page. These events do not include your name, your message content or your phone number.
Data retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as it is needed for your consultation or for ordinary business records, and is then deleted.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

This service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
